Posting all those bird pictures and calls was really good medicine for me yesterday @outlander  Took my mind off here and now stuff, plus it was a real breakthrough having such positive memories of that period of my life.  There was so much else going on that wasn't positive at the time.

I had a beautiful cob horse in those days - loved him to pieces.  My mum sold him when I was in hospital after an attempt on my life.

they were beautiul pictures @eth the whipbird has such a beautiful call too. ive heard them here too though we mostly have the galas, cockatoos, rosellas and those sorts of birds.
cob horses are beautiful, i havent owned one but ive ridden a few. im sorry yours was sold, it mustve been really tough for you to have him sold as well as other things happening around you too

Yep, @eth, smiley tired icon would suit me this morning. Just woke up not long ago from another weird and exhausting dream, leaving me with weird feelings this morning. Will be going over to my friend's place later though. Hopefully my mind will be restored to some balance by then.

Sorry to hear your dreams are plaguing you again @Mazarita.  It's hard to get positive on waking when that happens.  Some of our meds definitely enable more dreaming sometimes.  When my ptsd dreams happen it takes me some time to recover.

Maybe another icon they could have is one with hair standing on end.

Yes with the smiley tired icon, it’s a me too here as well. I’m not sure what is in the air @Mazarita re strange dreams but I am experiencing them a lot lately too. I didn’t dream for a while but now I have to check reality when I wake up. It’s so strange some mornings. I thought it was meds but I haven’t been taking the one I thought and I’m still having them. 🤔 just realised it may be as a result of increase to anti d. Experiencing a lot more dry mouth too. 

Heres hoping there is some good in everyones day.......and some good news in eth's day. 👶

Lol to the hair standing on end icon, @eth. The recurring motifs in my dreams recently is strange too. In the past couple of weeks I've had four dreams centrally featuring money, mostly coins; two dreams where I was holding in my arms neglected or sick children; and two set vividly in earlier historical time periods that were like plays or movies where I didn't know my lines.

@Teej, I've recently had an increase of anti-depressants too. Like you, prior to this time I wasn't remembering my dreams much for quite some time. Now they seem to be coming back all in a rush. I also have a very dry mouth and am regularly using a mouth moisturising spray to try to deal with it.

Maybe that’s it @Mazarita with the dreams. I didn’t dream for years but when I think about it I was on a different AD then too. Maybe it’s them.

Im so sorry I can’t reply to other posts that I want to here. Thinking lately is a struggle. I need to go and water my garden. May be back later. 🌸
