Hiya @Bow - hmm a bit frizzle frazzled? I feel like each week I log in to more and more notifications and it takes me aeons to try to get around to everyone!! Especially because of how much I like to ramble ahaha.

How have you been going this week? Any market news? Crafty projects on the go? Highlights or glimmers?

same ol same ol for me @Jynx  i manages to get a Telehealth appointment with my gp on Wednesday and I explained to her how exhausted I have been. She ordered a whole heap of bloods, which I went and had done yesterday. I have a face to face with her Monday to discuss results. I guess I would kinda like there to be something show up on the results as to why I am so blinking tired all the time and not just put it down to good old black dog 😩

I was suppose to meet my interim CM this week, mines going on leave for 2 weeks. But she was sick. So I’ll just get thrown into I guess. I have a pdoc appointment while my CM is away too…. With a brand new pdoc! 😳 Still no psychologist. And I’ve been dealing with a lot of really bad ptsd stuff this week…. Just gonna get worse and no one to really talk with/get support from. 
My SW keeps changing her days off! Which stresses me out. My CM gets back from her leave and then my SW goes on a weeks leave. 

Market next weekend and then that’s it for the year! I’ve got plenty of stock now too so don’t really need to do anything.

Ive been crafting for our cruise! 🚢 Making door decorations, pixie dust tags, matching tshirts. Made a cat calendar for my SW for Christmas. Online check in opens up for us tomorrow at 4pm, so gotta have all our documents ready to go! 

I had a shower tonight. It literally took all day. The original plan was to drop D at school, feed cats and then shower. But that didn’t happen. I did other stuff. Then we had to go out. I then planned to have a shower once we got home and then I’d pick D up. Nope. Then decided it would happen before dinner. Nope. Sigh. So it happened after dinner and after our movie. I truly felt utterly disgusting Jynx. It’s the longest I have been without one. I don’t think mum knows how little I shower. She would be disgusted too. I can hear her. I think I could feel the layer of dirt and grime on my skin. I actually scrubbed. 

so that’s me for the week.

@Bow my goodness what a rollercoaster you're on with your support team hun! Frustration abounds I imagine. It's hard not to feel a sense of distress when you're not able to get that sense of certainty. Hugs to you hun, so so rough 🥺

Oh wow, are there no summer markets around? But hey, maybe the break is all too appealing! 

That is actually sooooo cute!! Love that you'll not only bring a little cheer and wholesomeness to everyone around you on the cruise, but you'll have some nifty little keepsakes!! 

Oh tell me about it - not being able to shower when you feel gross is the worst! But also, it's probably one of the first things impacted when we're struggling, cos it can take up so much of our energy hey! 

I did not, but maybe I should have!! I did manage to get out to pick some of the raspberries from my giant raspberry bush, does that count? Haha 😋

Our big market has Jan and Feb off. Other ones are on I think. But it is nice to have some time off. 

It really is a new level of low for me Jynx. The really low mood, chronic fatigue and the inability to do basic hygiene tasks. I think I need to go to the dentist too cause even oral hygiene is a struggle. Makes me cranky with myself. Guess it will be interesting to see if this new pdoc has some fresh ideas? Ya know there is a part of me that thinks of ECT. Just wish it wasn’t such an inconvenience.

@Bow I absolutely understand your frustrations hun, it can be so demoralising when we struggle with the basics. I hate the dentist, I reckon that's a very legit thing to be feeling super stressed about having to add to your mental load! 

Remind me, have you done ECT before? I feel like you have but I am notorious for misremembering stuff like that 😅 But definitely could be worth mentioning! Nice lil mental reset. Fingers crossed for this PDOC being aligned with your needs hun - and maybe helps get you a new psych too 🤞

They taste amazing! More flavourful than store-bought... but I did find a tiny caterpillar in one, so I have to be careful hahaha

Oh I absolutely hate the dentist @Jynx  I’ve had way too many bad experiences and even after injections to numb I still feel a lot. Anxiety overload. So I’m very much so dreading the thought of a dentist visit… but only have myself to blame. 

I have had ECT twice. Couple of years ago and then like 16yrs ago. Both times helpful. But it’s such a huge commitment and 6-7 week admission. 
hoping this new pdoc is good. Easy to talk to and wants to help… not just shove me in more meds. Apparently he wants to palm off my stimulant med to my gp. I understand why…. It will mean that every new pdoc won’t have to apply for the approval. But his happy to do if needed. Just not sure where my gp will sit with that. She’s not been keen to write up any psych med scripts cause of my previous attempts, just wants to leave it with my pdocs. My CM said he will talk with me about it during my first appointment. Gonna leave it to them to discuss with my gp though! 

I think homegrown produce always tastes better eh. Mums got some lettuce and cucumbers growing at the moment.

only one more week with them. Have to really knuckle down and stop babies from nursing. I have separated them of a night and have a board up but mum keeps jumping over during the day. I really don’t wanna put her in a cage 24/7. But might have to.

OMG yes, I wish my thumbs were greener! I have done literally zero to cultivate this raspberry bush so it's just kinda taken over my tiny strip of 'backyard' 😅

EEEE babyyyyy!! What an ickle cutie! Remind me (tomorrow or something) to send you some of the latest of my little furballs. They've been posing all cute lately so I'll find you some gooduns!
